Privacy policy

Who we are

KLEENX Fumigation & Cleaning Services is a cleaning and pest control company based in Kumasi, Ghana. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us. If you have any questions, contact us at info@kleenxservices.com or on 0552 969 667.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or book a job, by phone, WhatsApp, email or the quote form on this website, we may collect:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you email us
• the address or area of the property
• details of the job, such as the type of property, the service and your preferred date
• anything else you choose to tell us in your message

Our quote form

The quote form on this website does not store your details on our website. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, it opens WhatsApp on your device with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send the message yourself. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We only use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
• arrange, carry out and follow up on the job
• keep basic records for accounting and tax purposes

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Your details are only seen by the KLEENX staff who need them to arrange and carry out your job. We will only share them with anyone else if the law requires us to.

Photos of our work

We may take before and after photos of the areas we clean or treat, for our records and to check the quality of our work. We only use these photos on our website or social media in a way that does not identify you or your property, or with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do this, contact us using the details above.

This website

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics that identify you. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, so your browser connects to Google when you view those pages. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that connection.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
