How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the space, the service and its condition. You can get a guide price from the price guide. We always confirm a fixed price before any work starts.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products, and EPA-approved products for fumigation.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes, depending on the schedule. Call or WhatsApp us on 0552 969 667 and we'll tell you what's possible.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Kumasi and the surrounding area, including Ahodwo, Adum, Airport Residential, North Ridge, Nhyiaeso, Bantama, Suame and Asokwa. If you're not sure, ask.
How long does fumigation take?
Usually 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the property. You'll need to be out during treatment and can go back in 2–3 hours after we finish.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all the equipment and products we need.
How do I pay?
Cash or Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money), once the job is finished and you're happy with it.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours of the job (48 hours for post-construction work). If an area in the agreed job wasn't cleaned properly, we'll come back and re-clean it at no charge. See our re-clean policy.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes. There's no fee if you tell us at least 24 hours before the job. Later cancellations may carry a fee, which we'll always tell you about when you book. See our cancellation policy.
